Recommendations

  • I have been a client of Jacqui's for many years now. I keep returning to her for a reason: I trust, respect and have complete confidence in her and trust that she will always have my best interests at heart!

  • Jacqui provided me with invaluable guidance and support in drafting my first will. Jacqui provided options to my many questions which allowed me to feel confident I am providing for my family. Her patience as we welcomed our first baby in to the world early took away any pressure but the gentle prompts ensured that I completed this important piece of work. I would use and recommend Jacqui in a heartbeat. Thanks again.

  • We consulted with Jacqui on making our Power of Attorney documents. She came to us well prepared and walked us through the entire process in a straightforward, efficient, and courteous manner, taking the time to answer our questions and address any concerns. At all times Jacqui was professional, knowledgeable, competent, and personable. She put us quite at ease as we completed the documents for filing. We were quite pleased with her work and cannot recommend her highly enough. We look forward to working with her again for our legal needs.

  • Jacqui helped update our wills recently and also gave us advice on POAs (Healthcare, Financial). The wills Jacqui produced were so much clearer and more comprehensible than the wills that had been produced by a big legal firm and the attention and responsiveness we got - for a flat fee - was amazing. Jacqui is a true listener and someone who will go the extra mile for clients. She brings not only deep understanding of the legal task at hand, but also a wealth of real-life experience which helps her provide invaluable guidance and insight. Get your will sorted out now!

  • My wife and I needed new wills as our affairs had become rather too complicated to manage ourselves. Jacqui looked at our "home made" wills and said that, although perfectly legal, the estate would pay a considerable sum in unnecessary tax. Within five minutes of arriving at our home she had suggested very simple ways of writing our wills avoiding this tax - all perfectly legal of course, but merely taking advantage of recent changes in inheritance tax law. By that simple advice she saved many times her fee in tax, to the eventual advantage of our beneficiaries. A few days later Jacqui bought our new wills, they were signed and witnessed and all presented beautifully in a special folder, with additional tips on how best to prepare for the event we all know will come. A really, really excellent service. Jacqui is thoroughly professional, visits you at home and all is prepared and executed swiftly and efficiently. Her background as both a solicitor and barrister gives her a depth of knowledge I would suggest is unrivalled. She is a lovely lady to deal with and her fees are extremely reasonable. We unhesitatingly recommend her to anyone requiring such a service.
