• My wife and I needed new wills as our affairs had become rather too complicated to manage ourselves. Jacqui looked at our "home made" wills and said that, although perfectly legal, the estate would pay a considerable sum in unnecessary tax. Within five minutes of arriving at our home she had suggested very simple ways of writing our wills avoiding this tax - all perfectly legal of course, but merely taking advantage of recent changes in inheritance tax law.
